Get out in the sunlight with your pet and walk in a 5k along the beautiful new Trunk Road bike path on May 31, starting at 10 am.

The 5K (3.2 mile) event is called Walk ‘N Roll for Animals. The activity will enhance your health and your pet's by taking in a day of Spring while moving. Walk ‘N Roll will also increase awareness about your local animal shelter.

Registration fees will raise funds to provide a low cost spay/neuter outreach program.

The entire route is wheelchair accessible. Begin at the South Trunk Road commuter lot near the hospital.

Food & vendors will be on site during the walk.  Water for people and dogs will be freely available.

All animals must be vaccinated and on a leash and friendly.

Early registration includes a free t-shirt for 13 and over. Kids 12 and under are free. Registration is $30 per person if received by May 10. Receive a $5 discount if your pet is microchipped.

Microchipping will be available at the event for a $20 chipping fee. For more information, call 907.746-5500.
