RSA Boards
Borough Road Services (construction, maintenance, plowing, upgrades, etc.), are not provided Borough wide. Instead voters in local areas can form a Road Service Area (RSA) that provide those functions and will levy taxes in those areas pay for it. Decisions for local RSA are done at the local RSA meetings, which are published on the MSB Public Meetings calendar. RSA Maps can be viewed on the Road Service Area Maps page.
Additionally all RSA Supervisors meet regularly as the Local RSA Board of Supervisors.
