The purpose of this project is to provide a new roadway connection between Church Road and Pittman Road and represents the next link in an east-west corridor envisioned from Palmer to Houston. Design and construction is being done in two phases with the first 2-mile phase beginning at Church Road and extending to the east end of Beverly Lake Road. The second phase will complete the connection to Pittman Road, and is currently in the design process.
