Lace up your jogging shoes and join the fun at the 12th Annual MTA Race for Technology 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 28, 2008. Last year more than $2,000 was raised from the Race for Technology, providing the Borough libraries the money to buy a CD/DVD disk repair machine and add the EBSCO Home Improvement Resource Center to their online library. The race will start and end at the Palmer Public Library; 655 South Valley Way. All abilities are invited to participate in the 5K (3.1 mile) run for adults or the 1 mile run for children 12 and younger.
