The clinic will be open on Sept. 19 and 20 from 10 am to 4 pm in the parking lot of the Willow Community Center. Everyone is welcome and may bring in their dog or cat to be vaccinated.
Dogs can receive their DHPP (canine distemper/parvo), Rabies, and Bordetella (kennel cough) shots for $5 each vaccination. Cats can receive their FvRCP (feline distemper) and Rabies shots for $5 each vaccination. Pets can also be micro chipped for only 20 dollars.
During the clinic on Sept. 19, a forum will be held from 2:30 – 3:15 p.m. called Dog Lots; Hints and Tricks. The forum will cover kennel licensing, keeping a kennel clean and how to pass a kennel inspection. As part of the panel of this forum, four-time Iditarod Champion Musher Martin Buser will be there as well as Mush with Pride, a kennel watch group, to help answer questions and talk about kenneling.
