Inside the Response Effort to Cyber Attack

The FBI was pleasantly surprised at how prepared the IT staff at the Borough was for the recent cyber attack, according to Kurt Bunker, IT security consultant. He called the coordination among 12 firms, different agencies, and Borough staff—exemplary.
 
"It's dynamically changing the threat under our feet," Bunker said.
