H1N1 vaccine clinic

Some 111 people have received H1N1 vaccines as of 11 a.m. 12/17/2009 at the clinic going on at the Menard Sports Center in Wasilla.

DSC_1561Public Information Officer Cindy Corey reports that the lines moved well. She said an elderly couple made it through the line in 7.43 minutes and a mother with two children all got their vaccines within 9.5 minutes.

The roads are plowed and safe to drive to the Menard Sports Center off Mack Road and the Parks Highway.

The vaccines are free and anyone 6 months or older can receive one.
