Cats on Sale

PALMER ? The Matanuska-Susitna Borough Animal Care Facility is extending special adoption pricing from Tuesday, August 25, 2009 to Tuesday, September 1^st 2009 on all cats.

If a cat is already spayed or neutered the special price for adoption is $17. The special adoption fee for cats and kittens needing to be spayed or neutered is $67 instead of the normal $104.50. All adoption fees include microchipping, registration, and all immunizations.

Animal Care & Regulation would like to remind the public to spay or neuter their animals. Over the past weekend the Animal Care Facility took in 36 kittens born of two unspayed females.
