A Community Council serves as a  nonprofit, voluntary, self-governing association of residents of an area. It is recognized by assembly resolution, but is not an arm of the Borough.

General membership meetings held 1st Wednesday of Feb., May, Aug and Nov. at 7 p.m.; Board meetings held 3rd Wednesday of each month (except December) at 6:30 p.m.; Annual meeting November.
