If you have entered information into Orion and have not yet filed for State Individual Disaster Assistance, please submit your application by January 29, 2019 by applying online at: www.Ready.Alaska.Gov or by calling the State Individual Assistance Hotline at: 1-855-445-7131.
Entering your information into Orion is NOT the same as filing for State Individual Disaster Assistance. These are TWO separate processes.
Orion Damage Assessment Software provides the Mat-Su Borough an overall assessment of damages sustained in the Borough. Information self-reported in Orion allowed the Borough to identify those who had major damage to their homes or businesses. Your reporting resulted in Team Rubicon performing 46 on site damage assessments in the Borough during their deployment.
Even if you did self-report using Orion, and you have a damaged home, essential personal property, and transportation losses from the 2018 Cook Inlet Earthquake, please apply for State Individual Disaster Assistance by visiting www.Ready.Alaska.Gov or call the State Individual Assistance Hotline at: 1-855-445-7131. Please keep in mind the application process will take time.
