Nine candidates file for Mayor and Assembly s

MAT-SU—Two candidates filed for the office of mayor, and seven candidates filed for various seats on the Assembly. Eleven candidates filed for school board seats. Last Friday was the deadline to file. The Borough's regular election is Oct. 6.
