More than $100 million in road projects

More than $100 million in road projects are gaining traction in the Mat-Su from design to construction. Some $63 million of the projects are from the voter-approved bonds in 2011, another $43 million in projects are funded from State appropriations.

Capital Projects Consultant Joe Perkins recently gave the Matanuska-Susitna Borough Assembly an update on every project, saying all of the projects are either under construction or under design except the Big Lake intersections.
