Budget Public Hearings Begin in Wasilla

Matanuska-Susitna Borough budget public hearings began to tonight at the Curtis Menard Sports Complex. The Assembly listened as citizens gave testimony on mostly budget related topics. Listen to the full audio here:

There are two more opportunities this week for the public to be heard. Meetings continue on Tuesday in Palmer before moving out to the Willow Community Center Thursday for the final meeting.  See the schedule below:
