There are three propositions on the ballot in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough's Oct. 2, 2018 election.

PROPOSITION NO. B-1—ADVISORY VOTE ON POLICE POWERS

PROPOSITION NO. B-2—FIFTY PERCENT MATCH BOROUGH TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS BONDS

PROPOSITION NO. B-3—REGULAR ELECTION DATE CHANGE

The following seats will be up for election on the 2018 ballot:

  • Borough Mayor - three year term ending in 2021
  • Assembly District 3 - three year term ending in 2021
  • Assembly District 6 - three year term ending in 2021
  • Assembly District 7 - three year term ending in 2021
  • School Board District 1 (previously Seat A) - three year term ending in 2021
  • School Board District 4 (previously Seat B) - three year term ending in 2021
