All applications for permit, lease, purchase, or use of borough-owned real property or resources shall be submitted to the Mat-Su Borough Land & Resource Management Division.    

An application fee, typically in the amount of $500 unless otherwise stated, shall be made payable to the Mat-Su Borough and included with the application at the time of submittal.

All applications will be reviewed by the Division for completeness, and shall be accepted or rejected within 30 calendar days after receipt of the application.

Filing of an application shall not in any way vest to the applicant any right or use of the real property or resource applied for.

Any disposition of borough-owned real property or resources shall be subject to MSB Title 23, adopted procedures, and terms and conditions set forth by the assembly.
